Uche Nwaneri holds a Master’s Degree in Management from St. Mary’s University, Minnesota (2010), a Juris Doctor Degree from William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law), Minnesota (2003) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) Degree from the University of Nigeria (1990). She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She is licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and Texas.
In Nigeria, Uche Nwaneri practiced as a general legal practitioner in both transactional matters and litigation before immigrating to the United States. She has vast experience in, and is engaged in comprehensive Immigration and Business Law practice.
As an immigrant attorney, she is positioned to help individuals, businesses, investors, communities, and international organizations to understand and navigate the complex United States immigration system. She is very attentive to the needs of her clients and offers creative solutions to their legal matters.
As a former State regulator in Minnesota, Uche Nwaneri led several contracting initiatives and negotiations between various State agencies and contractors, interest groups, stakeholders as well as the United States Federal Government. She is experienced in complex contract and legal compliance matters. As a Business Law Attorney, she meets the business needs of her business clients located in the United States and overseas.
She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and a Fellow of the Nigerian Immigration Lawyers Association (NILA).
Uche Nwaneri is involved with various charitable organizations, and she participates in several pro bono projects and workshops.
Mr. Nwaneri is licensed to practice law in two countries, Nigeria (1989) and the United States (Minnesota 2002). He holds a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law), Saint Paul, Minnesota (2002); a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B [Hons.]) from University of Nigeria (1988); and is a Barrister-at-Law (BL) of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
He was a general practitioner in Nigeria for several years before immigrating to the United States.
Mr. Nwaneri has successfully handled legal matters before several State and Federal courts, including appellate courts. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of several professional associations. Mr. Nwaneri is a seasoned attorney and his legal work is appreciated by many clients.
Mr. Nwaneri has successfully resolved numerous complex and apparently hopeless cases.
